Story Craft Agency is a video, photo, design and animation studio in Kaunas. I set the direction and the standard; one team carries both into every project.

How it started

There was no business plan.

I picked up a camera at nine and put things on YouTube. Then came years of editing, live production and client work: the unglamorous part, and the part that taught me most.

The work outgrew the word freelancer. Single-person shoots became coordinated productions, and local projects became campaigns for recognisable brands. The company grew because the briefs did.

Where we are now

Halfway between a founder’s studio and a team.

Story Craft Agency isn’t one person with a camera any more, and it isn’t a big agency either. It’s a crew that makes the work together, and it’s growing.

Editors and camera operators already run their part of a project without me. The next step is a lead on every project, with the authority to make decisions.

I still direct some shoots. Fewer each season, on purpose.

What this means for your project.

You talk to me at the start, and I stay on the strategy and the creative calls that shape the project. Day to day, it has a lead who knows it end to end.

Video, photo, design and animation still come from one team, so you don’t have to assemble three freelancers. Two rules from the beginning still hold: start with what the work has to do, and be ambitious on screen and calm behind it.

If you want to work here

I’m hiring.

I’m looking for people who want responsibility early and can carry a project without me checking every frame.

You’ll work on brand campaigns and event films for companies people have heard of, and you’ll be the one the client knows by name.
